Morton, TX: Lots More to Know!
Be sure to visit the Texas Last Frontier Museum while in Morton. It tells the story of not only those who chose to make Cochran County their home, but of the Indians, explorers and Buffalo Soldiers who passed through the county. Other sites to take in while there are the CC Slaughter Ranch Headquarters and the Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge.
